Felcorp offers structured, full-time employment that prioritises professional growth, workplace integrity, and operational security.

All roles are designed to support collaboration, compliance and long-term career development within the Australia, UK and USA financial-services sector.

1. Employment Type

All standard positions at Felcorp are full-time and on-site. Employees are engaged under a standard 40-hour workweek (Monday to Friday). Flexible or remote work arrangements are not available. As all duties involve access to regulated financial data on client systems, all operations must be handled within Felcorp’s secure office network. This is contractually obligated with our clients.

2. Work Location

Staff operate exclusively from Felcorp’s secure office centres in Mohali, India, and Cebu, Philippines.

  • Each site maintains controlled physical and digital access, CCTV monitoring and biometric monitoring 24/7.
  • The on-site structure allows daily supervision, peer support and live compliance oversight by team leaders and managers.
  • Employees are allocated a dedicated workstation, headset, and dual-monitor setup (3 in special circumstances).

3. Working Hours

  • Our standard hours depend on the geographic BPO you work in, i.e either Australia, UK or USA. At request, our clients may ask for other timezones but it is an exception to the rule.

For India offices standard working hours:

  • Australia BPO operations: 8:00am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • UK BPO Operations: 1:00pm to 10:pm, Monday to Friday
  • USA BPO Operations: 6:00pm to 3:00am, Monday to Friday

For Philippines offices standard working hours:

  • Australia BPO operations: 8:00am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • UK BPO Operations: 3:00pm to 12:00am, Monday to Friday
  • USA BPO Operations: 6:00pm to 3:00am, Monday to Friday

4. Equipment & Systems

  • All work is conducted on company-issued hardware (computers, headsets, secure network devices).
  • Access to personal devices, USB drives or personal cloud storage is strictly prohibited.
  • Two-factor authentication, role-based permissions and regular password rotations are mandatory.

5. Leave Entitlements

Felcorp provides leave benefits aligned with local labour codes and internal HR policy:

  • Annual Leave: Minimum of 18 paid days per year.
  • Sick Leave: 6 paid days per year (with medical certificate requirement beyond 2 days).
  • Public Holidays: 10 national or regional holidays as per office jurisdiction.
  • Special Leave: Case-by-case basis for bereavement, exams or emergencies with HR approval.

Leave requests must be submitted via the internal HR portal and pre-approved by team leads to ensure client workflow continuity.

6. Probation Period

All new hires undergo a 3-month probation period covering:

  • Consistent attendance, quality, and professionalism.
  • Completion of onboarding modules and internal system training.
  • Review of technical accuracy and compliance standards.
    Upon successful completion, employees transition to confirmed employment and become eligible for quarterly performance incentives.

7. Performance Management & Growth

  • Staff receive structured quarterly performance reviews based on objective workflow analytics, QA scores and client feedback.
  • Consistent performers qualify for bonus incentives and advancement to higher role tiers.
  • The Technical Up-skilling Program and Career Growth Pathways ensure continuous development through CPD-accredited modules, mentorship and defined promotion criteria.

8. Code of Conduct & Confidentiality

Employees must comply with Felcorp’s internal Code of Conduct, Confidentiality and Data Protection Policies, and all Australian regulatory frameworks that govern client work. Breaches of data security, attendance falsification or ethical standards may lead to disciplinary action or contract termination.
