For non-entry level roles, we will provide you with a technical skill assessment to determine your skillset and verify your relevant experience. We have clear scoring criteria and scores are benchmarked across all candidates.
We'll provide you with initial DISC/aptitude assessments so we can better understand your work style, problem-solving and team fit.
We'll conduct background checks and then proceed with resume and reference validation.
You'll progress to a panel interview comprising of at least 3 people who will ask you a final round of questions.
We'll provide you with an offer letter and contract outlining role, level, salary band, trial/probation terms, KPIs and expected start date.
You'll sign our formal employment agreement, confidentiality and data-security acknowledgements and company policy acceptance.
You'll come into our office and start your official full time employment.
We'll set you up with all the office equipment, IT, HR and other industry software for your employment.
Most roles are finalised within 1–3 weeks, depending on assessment and reference turnaround times. We can fast-track our process. We usually are waiting on candidates to supply us information or finalise their assessments.
Yes, unless it is a entry-level role. For new entrants, we will typically hire recent graduates. Training is provided for candidates who meet our baseline standards.
Each technical assessment is created for each level of role, i.e junior, intermediate, senior etc. Our assessment consists of typical tasks you would do in that role at Felcorp. For example, if you are joining as a Senior Accountant, we will assess your company tax skills and how you apply your knowledge as this is the majority of this role's duties. For financial planning administration, we will want to see your ability to communicate and product implementation steps of an advice document. The test may have difficult sections in it, but overall, if you have the experience you stated, you should be able to pass it.
Your results are discussed during your interview and used to guide your development plan if you join Felcorp. If you are not the right fit, you may request a copy of the results seek external guidance on how to interpret your results.
Yes. Despite you not being fit for Felcorp today, does not mean you cannot reply in 6 months time and re-apply for new positions at Felcorp Support. We will provide you with feedback and tips on how to improve for next time.
