Application Submission

Submit your application, attach your CV and a write short cover note how your job experience and your achievements work well with Felcorp and are aligned to the role description.

Initial Call (15–20 mins)

If you progress to the next stage, we'll do a quick call to confirm experience, salary expectations, availability, communication skills and your notice period.

On-Site Visit (if possible)

Come visit our office (if you can), meet our team, see the workspace and undertake our next round of candidate evaluation criteria. We'll set up a video call if you can't attend our office.

Technical Assessment

For non-entry level roles, we will provide you with a technical skill assessment to determine your skillset and verify your relevant experience. We have clear scoring criteria and scores are benchmarked across all candidates.

Psychometric Testing

We'll provide you with initial DISC/aptitude assessments so we can better understand your work style, problem-solving and team fit.

Reference & Background Checks

We'll conduct background checks and then proceed with resume and reference validation.

Panel Interview

You'll progress to a panel interview comprising of at least 3 people who will ask you a final round of questions.

Offer Letter

We'll provide you with an offer letter and contract outlining role, level, salary band, trial/probation terms, KPIs and expected start date.

Sign Contract

You'll sign our formal employment agreement, confidentiality and data-security acknowledgements and company policy acceptance.

Official Start Date

You'll come into our office and start your official full time employment.

Onboarding

We'll set you up with all the office equipment, IT, HR and other industry software for your employment.
