Performance is recognised through measurable outcomes, not assumptions. Each quarter, staff are eligible for performance bonuses aligned Felcorp's contractual KPIs and performance milestones with each Felcorp client.

Quarterly Performance Review — Rewards are linked to individual performance ratings based on deliverable accuracy, turnaround times adherence and risk mitigation.
Workflow Analytics — Bonus outcomes are supported by data-driven metrics such as task completion rates, turnaround time and error frequency. These will be compared and benchmarked across all staff.
Client Feedback Report — Client satisfaction and consistency in communication contribute to the final performance score and incentive amount.
