

Junior Client Services Officer
Role Overview
**Multiple Positions Offered **
We are seeking a Junior Client Services Officer to support our Australian financial planning division. This is an entry level to junior level position focused on delivering high-quality administrative and client service support within an high compliance financial services environment.
You will assist with implementation of financial advice strategies, communication and liasing between financial advisers, suppliers and the practice's clients. You'll be allocated your own professional financial planning client and will support their implementation and processing duties in order to achieve consistent customer service outcomes.
The role suits candidates who are detail-oriented, process-driven and eager to grow within the financial services sector.
Role Highlights:
- Exposure to the Australian financial services industry.
- Full training provided in client service workflows, CRM systems and compliance procedures.
- Work closely with senior team members and management to develop capability and confidence.
- Standard shift: 8:00am–5:00pm (IST), Monday to Friday, full-time, on site.
Candidate Skill and Industry Experience
This position is ideal for candidates beginning their career as a financial services executive. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple client-focused processes while working in a structured, quality-driven team environment with full support, training and career growth.
Core Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
- Organised and proactive with task follow-up and completion.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and workflow systems (training provided).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle client information securely.
Educational Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a minimum of Bachelors of Commerce (or equivalent) to apply.
- Candidates with Bachelors of Economics, Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with Masters and MBA highly sought after.
Prior Experience:
Prior experience is not required for this role but highly sought after. Those working directly in financial services roles will be fast-tracked with potentially higher salary packages offered.
